The basic debugging skills of any machinery including non-standard automation equipment are 'horizontal, vertical and concentric '. 1) Understand product characteristics (including appearance, size, tolerance, structure, process, etc.).

4) The balance, perpendicularity and concentricity of the rotating part shall be ensured.In order to achieve the swing arm, the precision of indexing.

5) the pin, the pin groove with the pin hole and the card groove should be wiped clean, choose the appropriate pin (pin material hardness above 58 degrees), for positioning, the pin with unilateral tight matching is the best, convenient disassembly and assembly;The accuracy of the card slot should be controlled within 0.02 to ensure the accuracy of the second assembly. The internal polishing process should be done to prevent the product from scratching and scratching.

6) Feeding part of the feed passage is mostly based on the product, the tolerance zone is about 0.1.Can ensure the product in the material passage through the unimpeded.The feeding direction and the connecting place of the parts in the feed passage shall be beveled to 0.2*30 degrees as the standard, and the specific situation depends on the product.

7)Special attention should be paid to the nut and the slide when the screw and slide are assembled. The screw and slide can not be slid out of the screw and slide, so as to avoid the ball falling out of the product and causing scrap or affecting the accuracy.After ensuring the parallelism, perpendicularity and concentricity of the parts during assembly, the assembly is carried out.In order to prevent unqualified parts in assembly will lead to screw and slide rail fixed deformation resulting in scrap.

8) the speed of the valve to adjust the valve speed should not affect the production efficiency under the premise of just the speed of the product away for the best state.The valve speed is too fast, there will be vibration or shake off the product;Too slow will reduce productivity.(Note that we usually use the exhaust throttle valve)

9) commonly used components adjustment and fault treatment

a) magnetic switch (often called inductor), cylinder induction is divided into front and back sensing.Adjusting the front sensing will push the front sensing to the front end of the cylinder, and the cylinder stroke should also be at the front end. At this time, the sensor should be in the state of off light, and it is appropriate to push the sensor from the front end back to just on light.

B) Optic fibers are adjusted according to different brands and specifications. The operation is different but the principle is the same. Pay attention to the difference between reflective fiber and reflective fiber.

10) Vibration plate, direct vibration vibration plate and direct vibration is divided into two parts: vibration part and control part.The vibration part is mainly a vibration magnet, and the control part is a vibration controller.
